Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund within 12 hours after placing an order on yikiada-us.com.
Please note that if you place an order after 12 hours and we have processed your order for shipment, we will not be able to process a refund.

Retrun Prcocess

To return an item, please email customer service at YIKIADA@outlook.com to begin the return process.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We will process the relevant refund within 3 working days upon receipt of the returned goods.

Eexeptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Items not purchased from http://www.yikiada-us.com (official website).
  •     Items that the shopping page on the official website specifies as non-returnable or non-exchangeable once sold.
  •     Items that cannot be resold after use.
  •     Items that cannot be returned in their entirety, and you need to return them in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and trademarks.

Other Return Rules

For a full refund, the item must be returned with any accompanying gift.

Please inspect the item carefully upon receipt. If the parcel or item is damaged, you will need to refuse the parcel and notify the delivery person immediately. If you find any defects in the item after you have confirmed receipt, you may need to provide photos and video of the item for verification.

Returned items must be returned with all accessories.

Refunds

In all cases where a refund is confirmed in consultation with the user, we will process the appropriate refund within 7 business days.  If you have not received a refund after 14 business days, please contact us.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any personalized products. Refunds can only be made via your original method of payment.
